Does anyone know where I can have my 68 4 piston brake calipers rebuilt fairly cheap. New ones are hard to find and when I did find them they were almost $200 each. I could use the cheaper 69 calipers but I would have to change the spindles and add a brake booster.
Thanks
Mark

You shouldn't need spindles or an added brake booster, you just need the caliper bracket. The price for the calipers are stainlees sleeved with rebuild kits, they wont be new but will be fully rebuilt. They will also want your old ones. I would pony up for these but then you also need to locate the two piece rotors sooner or later. I have heard of a company re producing these but it will cost you. I may have a set of brackets for the single pistons in my stash somewhere.

Thanks for the info! I'm thinking about putting the 69 callipers on and then installing a brake booster. If you have a set of brackets that would be great. Let me know what you want for them. I would go all out and put the Wilwood Brakes on but I have other things that need to be done to the bird first. Still it would be nice to be able to stop once in a while.
Thanks Again
