Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Josh. I recently picked up an 01 WS6 TA and was looking for a group of people to hang out with that would be as excited about it as I am.

I am currently an IT consultant however was a mechanic previously. My expertise is in the electronics side of the automobile. I also used to have a side business doing stereo and alarm installs. This is my 5th F-Body I have had 2 firebirds and a smattering of its uglier cousin (AKA the Camaro). Thats it for now if I tell you any more we will have nothing to talk about later

I am not a club member I could not find a section that had the by laws and membership app\rules. I live in Federal Way. I am definitely hoping to be able to make it out to some events. Unfortunately I didnt even make it all the way home before the Torsen diff in this car went out. I have it torn apart right now and am in a holding patern for funds\time to fix. But hey at least its pretty

Its an original Washington car been here its whole life. I was slightly curious if anyone on here would recognize it and could give me more history on it. It was last registered out of buckley.

BTW great write up on rebuilding a 10 bolt!

Well good news the Torsen is still kicking. The issue ended up being an outer pinion bearing due to overtightening the pinion nut. So I has got her all back together and ready for some events! Whoo hooo!

    Hey Josh,

Sorry about the forum being rather quiet. We've been playing with getting the new post notification working so that it emails everyone on the list, and it hasn't been working all that well (or at all really!). I'm going to set it up to email the webmaster, then I'll forward the notifications out to the list.

Thanks for posting, and we hope to see you at today's events!
